About Tyson Pinson LLC
In 2023, Billy Tyson and Brock Pinson decided to join forces and create Tyson Pinson LLC with the goal of blending their extensive experience and knowledge to offer high-quality, affordable services to their clients. They had previously teamed up on several projects, so forming a partnership was a natural next step, especially since both have deep roots in Mitchell County.
Billy, with his impressive 50 years of practicing law, saw this partnership as a way to continue serving his clients effectively while bringing in a partner who could share the workload and bring fresh ideas to the table. Brock, who had spent several years at a larger firm in Albany before teaming up with Billy, saw this as a unique opportunity to learn from one of the area’s most knowledgeable attorneys and to bring new perspectives to the practice.
The collaboration between Billy and Brock is seamless, with both contributing ideas and solving complex issues together on a daily basis. They are both excited about providing top-notch services to their existing and future clients for many more years to come.

William "Billy" F. Tyson, Jr.
Billy Tyson has over 50 years of experience as an attorney, and is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and thorough lawyers around. He specializes in real estate, wills, trusts, estates, corporate formations and transactions, and contracts, with an especially keen knowledge and interest in agricultural issues affecting farmers and agribusinesses. He has helped many clients successfully navigate complex legal issues in these areas. Billy also served as the Solicitor for the State Court of Mitchell County for many years.
Billy attended the University of Georgia and Valdosta State College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1968. He then attended Mercer University and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Walter F. George School of Law in 1972.

Brock H. Pinson
Brock is an experienced attorney who has worked in many different areas of litigation and transactional work. Brock's litigation experience includes complex litigation matters representing Plaintiffs and Defendants, including individuals and businesses. Brock also advises many individuals and businesses on contracts and disputes with customers, employees, employers, suppliers, and competitors. Brock also frequently provides services in the areas real estate, estate planning, and estate and trust administration.
Brock attended the University of Georgia and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness in 2017. He then attended Samford University and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business in 2020.
